Learning Disability Services | Mental Health Services
Our services
Support for Living supports around 550 people with learning disabilities or people with mental health needs, in the five local authority areas of Brent, Ealing, Harrow, Hillingdon and Hounslow, in West London.
Services range from Outreach or Floating Support (where an Outreach Worker visits someone in their own self-contained home for perhaps only a few hours a week) through to intensive 24-hour support – sometimes with two staff supporting one person throughout the day and night. Between these two ends of the spectrum is a wide range of individual or shared accommodation (usually owned by a housing association, not Support for Living) where people are offered support. Some services are registered as care homes with the Care Quality Commission [CQC] – in which case inspection reports are available at the CQC web site. Other services are provided on the basis of Support for Living’s registration as a Domiciliary Care provider. Not all our services are accommodation based, and at some services there is no need to provide personal care.
These pages list services by their full address, in the case of registered care homes, (as this information is publicly available on the CQC web site), or by street names only otherwise.
If you have any queries, please use the CONTACT US page, rather than approaching services directly.
