All people have the same fundamental rights and responsibilities as citizens, including people who need support to enjoy those rights and fulfil those responsibilities.
People have a right to their own home, to take part in the life of their community, and to lead their lifestyle of choice, to the same extent as any other citizen.

We welcome the proper involvement of service users, relatives and advocates in Support for Living.
Support for Living seeks to celebrate and promote the cultural diversity of society and the local community and wishes to see it reflected in the work of the organisation, its users and staff. Unfair discrimination and bias run counter to support and participation, and Support for Living seeks to implement the principles of equality and fairness in providing services and as an employer.
